Replace All-Inkl with Cloudflare Pages in section 4 (Hosting) and in the "data transfer abroad" notice, across all four languages (de/en/fr/it). Background: dfx.swiss landing page was migrated to Cloudflare Pages (landing-page#119). Migration of remaining static pages (incl. docs.dfx.swiss itself) is in progress. The new text: - Names Cloudflare, Inc. (San Francisco, USA) as provider - Links the Cloudflare Privacy Policy and Data Processing Addendum - Documents the third-country transfer to the USA (IP + request metadata, terminated at the reverse proxy / CDN edge) - Lists the legal bases: EU-U.S. DPF, Swiss-U.S. DPF, plus EU SCCs - Notes that U.S. authority access (CLOUD Act) cannot be entirely excluded

dfx.swiss(landing-page) wurde via landing-page#119 auf Cloudflare Pages migriert. Die Migration aller weiteren statischen DFX-Pages auf CF Pages ist im Gange.Dieses Repo (
docs) deployed selbst noch via FTP zu All-Inkl (.github/workflows/dev.yaml,prd.yaml).docs.dfx.swissliegt also weiterhin auf All-Inkl, nicht auf Cloudflare.→ Diesen PR erst mergen, nachdem auch
docs.dfx.swissauf Cloudflare Pages migriert ist. Sonst nennt die DSE einen Hoster, der für die Domain, auf der sie selbst ausgeliefert wird, faktisch falsch ist.Geänderte Dateien
