Fixes #55

copilotkit project select writes CPK_INTELLIGENCE_API_KEY and removes INTELLIGENCE_API_KEY. OpenDots only read the unprefixed name, so setup stayed incomplete after a successful CLI login.

The server now resolves either name in one helper (CPK_INTELLIGENCE_API_KEY first, then INTELLIGENCE_API_KEY). Setup status and the copilotkit setup error use the same label, so the message names both. .env.example, compose.yml and docs/SETUP.md are updated.

Checked locally on current main (c2569bb): npx vitest run (36 files, 166 tests), tsc --noEmit, eslint and prettier all pass. The new and updated tests fail without the src/server change. I did not run npm run build or the CLI itself.

copilotkit project select stores the project credential as
CPK_INTELLIGENCE_API_KEY and removes INTELLIGENCE_API_KEY. The server
resolves either name in one place, and setup status and the copilotkit
setup error share that result.
