Also would you like me to work on optimizing the Dockerfile for other languages? I feel they could be made lighter and the caching on them could be made much better. |

I have changed the java Dockerfile to use a multi-stage build process to make sure that concore can be built and containerized purely via docker without requiring any local build tools. This fixes #322 .
