Refresh MiniMax provider defaults for M3 and M2.7

Summary

• Add minimax/minimax-m3 and minimax/minimax-m2.7 to the default MiniMax BYOK provider model list.
• Keep the embedded provider configuration example and provider tests aligned with the defaults.
• Document the global and China OpenAI-compatible and Anthropic-compatible endpoints.
• Translate repository-facing model IDs for direct OpenAI, Anthropic, and semantic side-channel requests.
• Apply provider-specific context, modality, thinking, cache, and tiered pricing metadata during BYOK routing.
