This PR adds a new Football Live Scores skill that lets skills-compatible agents fetch and summarize English Premier League and UEFA Champions League live scores, recent results, and league tables. The skill is designed to work with agents that have web/search or HTTP tools, and includes clear fallbacks when live internet access is not available.

What This Skill Does

Provides structured instructions for:

• EPL live scores: current or very recent match scores, status (Live/HT/FT), goals, and key events.
• EPL league table: summarizing top/bottom positions and per-team rows (P, W, D, L, GF, GA, GD, Pts).
• Champions League live scores: group and knockout stage matches, including aggregate scores in two‑legged ties.
• Champions League group tables: per‑group standings and qualification context.
• Specifies preferred data sources, handling of time zones, and how to deal with stale or inconsistent data.
• Includes example prompts and example outputs for common user questions.

When to Use This Skill

• User asks for Premier League live scores, “today’s EPL games”, or the current Premier League table.
• User asks for Champions League scores, “today’s Champions League games”, or group tables/standings.
