feat(router-docs): render alt-provider leg limits on model pages and the providers matrix - #2082

Conversation
…the providers matrix A leg's `limits` object on `x-comfy-router-alt-providers` now renders as indented sub-bullets under its Serving providers row (accepted formats, duration, aspect ratios, current price from the rate snapshot, rejected inputs, fallback). The providers matrix marks such a cell `✓*` with a footnote. A malformed `limits` is dropped and the leg row is unchanged. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

- Line 1048: Update the serving-provider comparison in legPrice to compare
r.serving_provider and provider case-insensitively, preserving the existing
price-matching behavior regardless of label capitalization.
- Around line 1045-1054: Update the `legPrice` rate filter to exclude rows whose
`effective_from` date is after `asOf`, so scheduled rates cannot be selected as
current prices. Add a test covering a future-dated row and verify the currently
effective rate remains selected.
- Line 1125: Update servingProvidersSection so rates are optional and
routerRates() is called only when processing a leg with limits; preserve the
no-leg early return without loading a rate snapshot.

Some models can be served by a backup provider that accepts less than the main one (for example, only short, silent, 720p videos). Today the docs only show that the backup exists. This change makes each model page list what the backup accepts, what it costs, which inputs it refuses, and what happens if it fails, and it flags those models on the providers overview.
Summary
gen-code-pages.tsreads an optionallimitsobject on eachx-comfy-router-alt-providersentry (resolutions,audio,duration_seconds{min,max,default},aspect_ratios,rejected_inputs[{field,rule,values?,example?}],rejected_with,fallback{provider,default,opt_out}).limitsis dropped and the leg row renders exactly as it does today. Printed values must be plain tokens with no/, solimitscan't put aprovider/modelid on a page.servingProvidersSectionadds indented sub-bullets under a leg that haslimits: Limits, Price, Rejected, Fallback. They are indented becausegen-router-pricing.tsservingProviders()counts column-0- **<Label>**lines as providers.router-pricing/metronome-rates.jsonkeyed on (native model id, provider label), with the label matched without regard to case. It uses only current rows: priced (not usage-based), notentitled: false, started and not ended bysnapshot_at, latesteffective_from. The rate snapshot is read only when a leg haslimits, so pages without limited legs never depend on it. Credits are rounded half up to 2 decimals on the decimal string (20.256→20.26), and USD goes throughformatAmount. If no row matches, there is no price line.limitsrenders✓*, and one footnote line goes under the table. Every other cell and the page without limited legs are byte-identical.servingProvidersis now exported fromgen-router-pricing.tsso a test can pin the provider count for the Kling V3 section.Expected Kling V3 Tencent output, asserted verbatim in the tests from a fixture native document plus a fixture rate row:

gen-router-pricing.tsthrow ("Pricing provider Tencent for kling/kling-v3 is neither its owner provider nor a declared Router alternate"), which failsrouter-pricing:check. Add it in the same PR as the Router sync that puts the Tencent leg onkling/kling-v3, or right after. That sync PR needs it anyway, becauserouter-pricing:checkalso fails a live route with no price. Row to add:{"model_id":"kling/kling-v3","serving_provider":"Tencent","kind":"metered","price_usd":"0.096","credits":"20.256","unit":"per second","conditions":"720P, silent","effective_from":"2026-10-20"}bun run router-pricing:gen(en/ja/zh/ko). With the row present, the generator from this PR renders the Price line automatically.providers.mdxwill show the Tencent limits on the firstcode-pages:genafter Router publishes the Tencent entry and itslimitsobject. I couldn't exercise that here because neither has been published.limitsfrom the specification plus the field shapes in Router's in-progress code (audiois a string list,rejected_inputs[].ruleisset/equals/not_in). I couldn't see the final shapes ofrejected_withandfallback. The parser acceptsrejected_withas a string ("400 invalid_input") or{status, code}, andfallbackas{provider, default: boolean, opt_out: "param=value"}. If Router emits a different shape, the wholelimitsobject is dropped and the page renders as it does today, so that's safe but silent. Compare against the published document once it syncs.
