Embed the visualization instead of adding a dead asset
This commit only adds docs/assets/concept.png; the README and MkDocs content never reference it (repo-wide search for concept/asset paths finds no uses), so the published README/docs render exactly as before while carrying a ~1 MB unused binary. If the intent is to add the conceptual visualization to the README, the README or a docs page needs to embed this asset.
