conventional-changelog-conventionalcommits@10requiresconventional-changelog-writer >=9, while the current@semantic-release/release-notes-generatorand@semantic-release/commit-analyzerversions still depend on writer^8.This PR also adds a Dependabot ignore for v10. Remove that ignore once both semantic-release plugins use
conventional-changelog-writer >=9, then verifytests/release.test.mjspasses with the v10 preset.References:
