Keep agents on the accepted v0.2.x runtime until deliberate v1 migration, with explicit runtime/profile selection, tab reuse, and owned-resource cleanup. Reconcile the embedded skill and pinned policies, and fix local teardown failures discovered during validation.
Acceptance
Canonical, embedded, and installed browser skills agree. Policy-selector v0.1.26 preserves fork contracts. Configured Chromium 150 passes both affected navigation suites and the full local suite, with no test-owned processes left behind. Existing daemon/configuration remain unchanged. Integrate through reviewed PR #6.

The installed v0.2.9 CLI and all skill copies match. Local teardown failures were diagnosed as HTTP test-server connections blocking close before browser shutdown. A test-only cleanup helper and two socket regressions fix this. After repair: 175 tests/21 suites pass locally with configured Chromium 150; 32 affected tests also pass separately. Process census finds no leftovers; existing daemon PID/config/payload remain unchanged. Original failures and before/after evidence are retained. Integrated by PR #6 at edeabb8 after current-head CI passed and the operator authorized merge following agent review.
Non-goals: v1 migration, Chromium/default-browser upgrade, terminating existing sessions, model calibration, or unrelated services. Graphiti feedback mirroring timed out; repo evidence remains authoritative.
