Style: convert formal language to informal contractions in documentation

Summary

Converted formal language constructs to contractions across documentation to improve approachability. Systematically replaced 17 patterns ("you are" → "you're", "do not" → "don't", "cannot" → "can't", etc.) in 445 markdown files while preserving code blocks, inline code, and formal historical documentation (changelogs, release notes).

Key changes:

• Automated pattern-based conversion preserving capitalization and context
• Excluded code blocks (``` fences and inline backticks) from transformation
• Excluded docs/whats-new/changelog/ and docs/cloud/reference/*/changelog/ directories
• Fixed anchor IDs in docs/guides/troubleshooting.md (removed apostrophes from {#can't-*} → {#cant-*})
