Impl the lists by GuiScrollingList, an old impl copied from antique MC versions. Refactor GuiScrollingList internal to align to GuiSlot while keeping compatibility with most existing extensions, but may break mixins like UT's smooth scrolling but better than crashing OptiFine whatever.
