galaxy.yml set both license and license_file, which are mutually exclusive in the collection metadata. Automation Hub rejected the 7.1.0 upload with "Invalid collection metadata. The 'license' and 'license_file' keys are mutually exclusive". Keep the SPDX license (GPL-3.0-or-later). The LICENSE file is still included in the collection build.
