Two ways to anchor yourself: a floating 'Near me' button (server-side IP geo via new /api/speedtest/whereami, private no-store, no browser permission prompt) that pins and zooms to your city, or click anywhere on the map to drop a manual pin. A panel lists the 3 closest measured areas with haversine distance, winning provider + ms, and tap-through to the history panel (auto-zooms to the cell). Pin renders as a proper map marker scaled with zoom; clear-pin control; empty state links to the speed test.
