Fixes the readout colliding with the 500/1000 scale labels (visible on Avalanche): the number now sits in the dial's open mouth at a collision-proof size with the MS unit under it, and provider/host labels moved out of the SVG overlay into normal flow. Tile layout switches from count-based grid to flex-wrap justify-center with min/max tile widths: orphan tiles self-center (4 endpoints read as a clean 2x2), soft card shadows, staggered tile entrance.
