Setup stage gets a chain picker: featured chips (ethereum/base/arbitrum/...) + search over the 90 EVM chains we benchmark, prefilling the exact no-key endpoints the public per-chain benches probe (291 endpoints, generated from the rpc-capabilities harness config into src/lib/speedtest/rpc-directory.ts). Directory URLs resolve to provider display names on gauges and results. Non-EVM chains excluded (browser engine speaks eth_*).
