Allow manual Renovate runs at debug log level - #98

Adds a log_level input to workflow_dispatch so one manual run can show why Renovate opened PRs #95 and #96 while their minimumReleaseAge check was still pending. Scheduled runs keep LOG_LEVEL=info. Renovate opened #95 (ruff 0.17.4) and #96 (grimp 3.19) while
renovate/stability-dayswas still pending. uv'sexclude-newer = "3 days"then refused to lock those versions, souv sync --lockedfails in CI. WithminimumReleaseAge: "3 days"and the defaultinternalChecksFilter: strict, Renovate should not have created those branches. The nightly run logs atinfo, which doesn't show why.Change
