As recently revealed:

• Aquatic Subtlety: Works for the most part, except the evoke keyword is doubled on the animated cards once the evoke casting process starts (select the evoke ability option from the on-click tooltip, and then hover the cursor over the Prompt payment message to bring up the card on the Card Detail pane). As a result the ETB sacrifice triggers is doubled. Comparing with other relevant effects such as Rimewall Protector seems like the script line is correct.

• Pep, Raucous Raider: Tested to satisfaction.
• Thorna and Twigtooth: Tested to satisfaction.
