I want it accessible on quicksetups and eventually in the gizmo made the function now more flexible for this reason fixed the one case where Scale isn't a vector (faceposer class) added some further instructions as tooltips added a mechanism to override the gizmo's drawn position to preview the real mirror planes

Provides two tools for quickly mirroring parts across the X, Y, and Z planes. (I tried getting it to support arbitrary planes, but scaling did not work properly.)
