support "auto accept changes" mode in Claude code

When moving to "auto accept changes" mode in Claude code, the diff still being open in neovim, and then waiting for approval/rejection.

I would be nice if this plugin will support it and won't open the diff in this mode.

Idk if it's currently technically possible to know if Claude code is in auto accept mode.

Thanks for raising this — and good news on your open question: it is technically possible. Claude Code's PreToolUse hook payload includes a permission_mode field (acceptEdits, bypassPermissions, etc.), and the plugin already receives it.

Partial workaround today — diff.defer_claude_permissions = true stops the plugin from forcing the approve/reject prompt and defers to Claude Code's own settings (so in auto-accept mode it won't block you):

Two caveats, though: the diff still opens in Neovim, and this is global — it also disables the review gate in normal mode, not just auto-accept.

The real fix is to make the plugin mode-aware: when permission_mode is acceptEdits/bypassPermissions, skip both the diff and the gate; otherwise behave as normal. I'll track that as an enhancement (likely opt-in via config so existing behavior is preserved).
