[Bug]: gcovr not found in Generate lcov report step due to missing shell activation #65

Description

@harryswift01

Bug Report

gcovr fails with "command not found" in the cpp-coverage job of coveralls-main.yaml.

To Reproduce

CLI command used

gcovr --root . --lcov coverage.info

Actual output

gcovr: command not found

Expected output

gcovr runs and generates coverage.info.

Additional Context

gcovr is pip-installed in a shell: bash -l {0} step, but the "Generate lcov report" step is missing that same shell: bash -l {0}, so it runs without the conda-activated PATH. Fix: add shell: bash -l {0} to that step.
