The top-level CMakeLists.txt is dead and broken. Nothing in the build system, CI, or docs references it, the actual build is pure Make (src/trans_three/Makefile, src/trans_compete/Makefile, invoked directly from conda-recipe/build.sh and CI). It also wouldn't build if used: it compiles both trans_compete/ and trans_three/ into a single code executable, but both directories define int main(int argc, char* argv[]) in their respective qsidd.cpp files, which would fail with a duplicate-symbol linker error.
