Add Flotiq data plugin

Description

This MR introduces a new Flotiq plugin for Builder.io, allowing users to easily connect and fetch content from their Flotiq account directly within the Builder.io interface.

Setup and configuration instructions are available in README.md
Users can connect to Flotiq by providing a read-only API key from their Flotiq dashboard.

The implementation is based on the Builder.io example data plugin
