Update Kontent.ai plugin with new descriptions and SDK version

Description

Update description and input names to the latest Kontent.ai naming and update SDK version.

The new input modal looks like this.

We would also like to update the plugin logo with this image.

And update the plugin tile logo with this image.

I am not quite sure how the images are handled with plugins, as all image URLs point to the builder.io domain. Should I upload them somewhere?
