fix(video): refuse seedance-2.5 first-and-last-frame by name on Solana (0.53.1) - #161

sol.blockrun.ai has not added 2.5 to its first-and-last-frame list and answers 400 before quoting; blockrun.ai quotes the same body. Unsigned probes on 2026-09-29: 2.0 / 2.0-fast / 2.0-mini / 1.5-pro quote on both, only 2.5 on Solana is refused. No payment was at risk, but the caller saw 'the endpoint did not return a quote' for a combination the tool advertised on every rail. Refused client-side on the Solana wallet rail, naming Base and the account rail and the models that work on Solana. The parameter description, the rail-refusal message and the capability doc stop saying 'every rail'. Output controls were probed too: both gateways validate them in-schema. Follow-up to #155 (0.53.0), closing its one open review finding: whether the new video fields actually work on the Solana wallet rail.

So the output controls are known to both gateways' schemas (not silently dropped). The only gap is 2.5 first/last-frame on Solana. No money at risk (refused before quoting), but the tool advertised it on every rail and the caller got "the endpoint did not return a quote".
Change
docs/seedance-capabilities.mdno longer say "every rail".1355 pass, 0 fail; typecheck + build clean. Merging publishes 0.53.1.
