Solana image routes settle at POST (blockrun-sol images/generations — optimistic settle, the poll only delivers). SolanaLLMClient.image()/image_edit() assumed Base semantics:
Now: spend booked at submit, error text says settled-at-submit, image polls re-sign like video. Video unchanged (settles on the completed poll). Same fix TS shipped in @blockrun/llm 3.17.1.
3 regression tests (sync + async) fail on the old code, pass now. Full suite 987 passed. Bumps to 1.17.1 (also carries #73).
