Add backend support for daily summaries

Summary

• add a new reports backend module for daily activity summaries
• expose GET /reports/daily-summaries with date range and includeEmptyDays support
• return both per-day summaries and aggregate progress metrics
• add unit tests for daily aggregation, empty-day handling, org scoping, and invalid dates

Testing

• unable to run locally in this workspace because jest and tsc binaries are not currently installed/available
