Updated the UI terminology in the BioBridge (forge) miniapp to use "Forge" (锻造) instead of "Recharge" (充值) across all Chinese localizations and the manifest. This aligns with the requested change for the top tab and other UI elements. Updated English localization for consistency ("Confirm Forge"). Verified with E2E tests and snapshots.
