Back-merge between any two branches - #9

Conversation
The back-merge's inputs `from` and `into` bring any branch into any other by pull request, such as a maintenance branch into the main branch, on pushes to that branch; they default to the main branch into develop, as before. From the main branch, the pull request's branch is still back-merge/vX.Y.Z; from any other, back-merge/<from>-<commit>, keeping the prefix that ReleaseFlow's changelog-entry exemption recognises.
