The new command `prepare` prepares a release in a checkout of the branch that it starts from:
- the next version after the last release, by `RELEASEFLOW_STEP`: `auto` reads the unreleased section, where `### Breaking` takes a breaking version and `### Added` the next minor, and a hotfix takes the next patch; an initial release takes 0.1.0, or 1.0.0 or 0.0.1 if asked;
- that version in Project.toml, the unreleased entries moved into its dated section of the changelog, with the comparison links, and the pins of `RELEASEFLOW_PIN_ACTION` in the workflows;
- the branch, its base, the version and the section's notes as outputs.

Prepared branches pass the version and changelog checks, as the tests show for each model.
…and pull request

release.yml, started from the Actions tab, checks out where a release or hotfix starts, prepares it with the action's `prepare`, pushes its branch as the ReleaseFlow app's bot, and opens its pull request into the main branch, a draft for a hotfix until its fix is pushed.
It needs the ReleaseFlow app's token, or a personal one, in the environment `releaseflow`, as the back-merge does, since the default token's pull requests start no checks.
Self-Release.yml prepares this repository's releases, with the pins of BioJulia/Workflows.
