Fix Codex++ daily token usage alignment

Summary

• Keep the daily token usage widget in a fixed Codex++-safe top-right position.
• Set the floating offset to right: 280px so it does not cover the Codex++ version label/window controls.
• Clamp the panel position to the viewport and avoid the right-side window button area.
• Match the Codex++ aligned market script interaction behavior by only enabling pointer events on the trigger.
