- Add GET /jobs/<job_id> endpoint for retrieving Celery job status.
- Return job results for successful jobs.
- Return error and traceback for failed jobs.
- Add unit tests covering STARTED, SUCCESS, and FAILURE responses.
- SUCCESS response test reflects the output_path/sha256 task result being added in AP-859.
