* HTTParty is backwards-compatible with 0.21.0 as of 0.24.2; 0.24.0 is somewhat incompatible but that change was reverted with 0.24.2. * Nokogiri had many security issues fixed since 1.15 branch and needed to be updated to the latest, especially since we are processing user-generated XML files. * Other gems have just patch-level updates. Tests pass.
