참고: 이 PR이 닫힌 이유는 FluentAssertions 6.12.1 → 8.10.0 번프 때문입니다. FluentAssertions 8.x는 유료 상용 라이선스라 본 프로젝트(OSS 전용) 정책상 채택할 수 없어 6.x에 고정합니다. 아울러 Microsoft.Extensions.* 는 net8.0 타깃 정렬을 위해 8.x 라인을 유지합니다. 두 항목에 대해 semver-major ignore 규칙을 추가했으며(428ee0b), 다음 주기에 나머지 안전한 번프만 다시 제안됩니다.
