feat(tui): add obsidian true-black theme - #159

A pure #000 canvas painted full-screen (host terminal background never bleeds through), graphite answer cards, neutral zinc greys and a single champagne accent. Selectable as obsidian / black via /theme, --theme, BODEK_THEME and the settings file. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
