Summary

Add synchronous and asynchronous Vietnamese (vi) examples for Azure AI Text Analytics:

• sentiment analysis
• key phrase extraction
• named entity recognition

The samples follow the existing package conventions and are linked from the Text Analytics samples README. They pass vi through the existing SDK client APIs and do not change SDK behavior.

Fixes #49700.

Validation

• Created sync/async sample pairs using the existing TextAnalyticsClient and async client APIs.
• Compiled all six new samples with Python compileall.
• Installed package and development requirements in an isolated virtual environment and compiled the complete samples directory.
• CSpell 9.7.0 reports 0 issues for the six new samples after adding only the intentional Vietnamese vocabulary to the package-specific override.
• git diff --check passed.
• Azure Analyze, docs, Linux, macOS, Windows, and other available pipeline checks passed or are running on the current head.

No service credentials or live calls were used. Therefore, this PR verifies the sample syntax and SDK invocation pattern, but does not claim live service-language availability for Vietnamese key phrase extraction.

Addressed the Build Analyze spelling failure in 8727f6093d.

The Vietnamese sample text is intentional, so I added the Vietnamese words used by the six new Text Analytics samples to the existing package-specific sdk/textanalytics/azure-ai-textanalytics/** CSpell override in .vscode/cspell.json.

Validation:

• CSpell 9.7.0 against all six new sync/async samples: 0 issues
• python -m compileall -q sdk/textanalytics/azure-ai-textanalytics/samples
• git diff --check

The other build/test jobs were already green; this should unblock the Analyze stage.

Vietnamese key phrase extraction support remains unverified because the SDK only forwards vi, and compile-only validation does not confirm support in the service language matrix or through a live call.
