The skill says only that --library "narrows" axiomcode index. It does not say what a library root is, that several are given comma-separated, or what staging them changes, so an agent never passes it and every call into a dependency stays unknown.
What the skill should say:
--library <root>[,<root>…] (or AXIOMCODE_LIBRARY): one entry per dependency, comma-separated, no spaces; each a dependency's source directory (a package directory under site-packages or node_modules) or a pre-built library IR; relative to the repository or absolute, with no ~ expansion.
- What it buys: calls into a dependency resolve to the dependency's declaration instead of unknown, and a chain is typed through the dependency's declared return types.
- What it does not do: library bodies are not walked, so a library calling back into the project is not found this way.
- The roots are remembered with the graph; a bare
index keeps them.
