There's some issue with the torch version:

py315: install_deps> python -I -m pip install black hypothesis isort mypy 'numpy>=2.1' pytest-cov pytest-randomly pytest-sugar 'torch>=2.6.0' types-setuptools
ERROR: Ignored the following versions that require a different python version: 1.21.2 Requires-Python >=3.7,<3.11; 1.21.3 Requires-Python >=3.7,<3.11; 1.21.4 Requires-Python >=3.7,<3.11; 1.21.5 Requires-Python >=3.7,<3.11; 1.21.6 Requires-Python >=3.7,<3.11; 1.26.0 Requires-Python >=3.9,<3.13; 1.26.1 Requires-Python >=3.9,<3.13

Apparently (from Claude) the next PyTorch release should fix this.

Looked at the last comment while reading the logs: if I'm reading the checks right, the 3.13/3.14 jobs didn't actually fail. In the latest run only build (ubuntu-latest, 3.15) has conclusion failure (the torch install), the other 8 jobs are cancelled because the matrix uses the default fail-fast: true (the Checks tab shows them as "fail", which is a bit misleading).

PyPI agrees with the torch diagnosis: the current release (2.14.1) ships wheels for cp310–cp314 only, nothing for 3.15 yet.

So one option to land the 3.13/3.14 part now and keep 3.15 visible without blocking: something like

strategy:
  fail-fast: false
  max-parallel: 4
  matrix:
    os: [ubuntu-latest, macOS-latest, windows-latest]
    python-version: ["3.13", "3.14", "3.15"]
continue-on-error: ${{ matrix.python-version == '3.15' }}

and drop the continue-on-error once torch publishes 3.15 wheels. Not 100% sure you want to drop 3.11/3.12 at the same time though, since requires-python is still >=3.6.
