Bumps go-openaudio (and pkg/etl sub-module) from v1.3.1-0.20260602061322-5d2e19ad9d78 to v1.3.1-0.20260609215252-7758ae709d18 (latest main, commit 7758ae7).

Pickup ETL genre support (genre field) changes merged into go-openaudio main. No release has been cut yet; pointing at the pseudo-version as confirmed with Ray Jacobson.
