Fix various issues with the plugin compiler

This PR fixes these issues:

• Not providing a resourcepack and/or datapack path results in the plugin export failing 🐛 Error exporting in plugin mode #524
• Hardcoded animated_java namespace in the exported settings.
• Texture animations are not exported.
• Performing a plugin export with interaction entities results in the plugin export failing (See this discord post)
• Add node hierarchy information (Required for displaying dynamic animations)

The fixes in this PR have been "merged", I had already implemented some of these fixes before the PR was made, and I didn't feel like fixing the merge conflicts. I made sure you're still the author of the commits that implement this PR's changes, but this PR itself won't be merged.
