The documentation site at https://hkm-kernel.hkmcode.com renders as unstyled HTML.

Pages serves it from the custom domain's root, but docs.yml still built it with DOCS_BASE=/hkm-kernel/, the sub-path for alfacode-team.github.io/hkm-kernel/. So every asset URL pointed under /hkm-kernel/:

/hkm-kernel/assets/style.DQWc1eH8.css  -> 404
/assets/style.DQWc1eH8.css             -> 200

This builds with DOCS_BASE=/. A local build with that value emits /assets/… links. It also corrects the deploy note in website/README.md.

No CHANGELOG change, so merging deploys the docs without starting a kernel release.

Pages now serves the site from the custom domain's root, but the workflow
still built it with DOCS_BASE=/hkm-kernel/ for the github.io sub-path. The
HTML loaded and every stylesheet and script 404'd under /hkm-kernel/assets/,
so the site rendered as unstyled HTML. Build with DOCS_BASE=/.
