Practical 'gotchas & field semantics' guide for DATASUS microdata, from real ETL experience across SIH/SIM/SIA/CNES (27 states, 2008–2025). Companion to the reader proposal in #288; part of the docs effort #276. Pure reStructuredText, builds clean with make html.
