Design-sync

• .design-sync/ builds the component tree, compiled stylesheet, brand tokens, and self-hosted fonts into a bundle renderable outside Next.
• Shims replace next/link, next/navigation, and process.env; preview files document each component's expected framing.
• Harness outputs, caches, and fetched skills are gitignored and inert outside the design-sync flow.
