Add docs/tools.md as overview catalog and per-tool guides for Pi coding agent, CodeBurn token dashboard, and GitHub Copilot CLI. Each guide covers quickstart, key features, token-saving extensions, and troubleshooting. Update docs/README.md with tools section.
