There is a problem with iacb box, the configurationVersion and configOBUs_size fields are encoded twice |

tests/test_000850_s.mp4 should contain stss box， because this audio contains non-keyframes |

tests/test_000850_f.mp4 also has a similar problem, the keyframe information is not marked |

- These are only used by tests, and not the main repo.
- Based on AOMediaCodec/iamf-tools/4b60c2f. - Needed for V2 features.

Added IAMF files. Although in interest of keeping the as small as possible, I recommend squashing this when merging it. |
