libiamf depends on the oar-private repository which is not opened yet.
Even I modified the actions workflow, it still can't build automatically, beause the downloading of oar-private repository needs to sign github account and password.
So in my opinion, we can firslty merge them, after oar is opened, then modify the source address of openedoar and actions workflow finally.
