- Updated version numbers across documentation and code to 1.0.0rc2.
- Changed reasoning defaults to each provider's lowest effort.
- Enhanced OpenAI Responses API usage by default.
- Introduced stricter ID validation and error handling for resume and write conflicts.
- Added new Redis and media limits, along with shutdown settings.
- Improved handling of stream and realtime edge cases in the client.
- Documented breaking changes and upgrade notes for seamless transition.
