Subject: [PATCH] chore: raise the minimum supported Node.js version to 22

kysely 0.29 and chevrotain 12 (via langium) both require Node.js >= 22.
Declare ">=22" in the engines field of the cli, orm and language packages
and add Node.js 22.x to the build-test matrix so that the minimum
supported version is tested.
