- To do this you have to load up patterns into a free mixer track and click the gear setting at the top of the plugin wrapper and then set the Output port to a number like 1 or 2 (whatever)
- Then on instrument track load your drum synth. Then select the gear setting at the top of the plugins wrapper and set the Input port to the matching number from the patterns output port.
NOTE: This works with the patterns own quantization settings to trigger notes but I cannot yet figure out how to make it work with the xo patterns itself. I would say the quantization setting is getting in the way with the midi patterns in this way.
