File Upload Link slow to load

After logging in, first thing I did was click "Upload Dataset"

It took several seconds to load with no browser indication that something was happening, leading me to believe it was not working.

Not sure we can release to external testers with this.

Which server were you on? I was seeing something similar to that on Friday after Patrick updated sqlshare-test. I had planned to do some testing this weekend but the performance was so bad I didn't even bother.
