OpenStack build type needs tweaking

Previously via email it has been reported that TurnKey OpenStack builds weren't very "user friendly" and ideally require some improvement. Until now as I didn't have anything substantive I didn't lodge it as an issue.

But now Georgios Dimitrak (here on the forums) has some specific issues/feedback.

FWIW all of our alternate builds (inc OpenStack) start life as an ISO; they are then transformed by the relevant buildtasks script (bt-openstack in this instance).

Linked to source code for OpenStack conversion from forum thread. Needs to be modified a bit to work. If doing this is a useful stopgap before we pull this properly into TKLDev then I'll provide it for any build format. Just ask.

Somewhat relevant:
Bastien (vialcollet) has asked on the forums for assistance installing TKL appliances via Horizon (WebUI for OpenStack). It seems that it is expecting a HDD image (rather than a compressed FS).

FWIW Debian provide an OpenStack image and it might be a good idea to pull that apart to compare with what we have...

I think I'm done here, no help needed, at least with stage 1. See turnkeylinux/buildtasks#22
